Yup, i agree with you. That's why i placed a low hanging fruit as Smuggler house and few other things near the beach. Agree with you on initial loadout.

I wasn't aware of that until last night when i rejoined, when i left the server i wanted to give you the variable name to disable storm since debug console is on but forgot. Sorry!
