So I accidentally stumbled into how Endgame revive works.
It's not a module, it's a respawn template:

Units with medikit (not medics, ANY unit with mediki) can revive twice as fast.
So basically, Endgame revive needs base respawn to work and doesn't support AI (cant revive AI, AI dont do crap when players are down, doesn't work in SP)
I guess it still may change, but looks like it's only intended to supplement respawn, not be the ArmA2 first aid modules.
