It's about 100mm in diameter and about 30mm in height (the only measuring tool I have at hand is the scale on my leatherman, so those are rough measurements...).
I suppose if you would have to rebuild it you could make it in two layers and glue, or better screw, them together. There should be plenty of space to work in some connection.
I can provide exact measurements after this weekend, and pics of the replacement part once I have it.

My father managed to complete the replacement part today. That means I'll drive home and get my stick back this weekend. I don't think I'll be back in time for Saturday, but after that I'm good to fly again.
I'll send pictures of the new part once I got my stick.
