Core Advance
Great mission. even though I didn't get to see too much action it was a lot of fun. only thing is that a scope for the maschine gun would have been nice if not for engaging the enemys with it at least for spotting. But I was able to steal a RPG 42 for that purpose from one of the APCs ^^, that also came handy when we engaged an enemy patrol at the end of the straight part of the road (I never had a more lucky shot than the HE rocket that landed in the middle of said squad)
I was a bit confused about where you wanted to go as I asked "southern line ?" and you answered "hill 170", so I looked up a hill 170 on the southern line which coincided with the crossing point witch the vertical hold line.
I got to say that generally the numbers on the hills are bad ways to designate one in a larger area as they are not unique but only tell you the altitude of the hilltop.( I love something definite marking my way or LZ on the GPS )
When I was trying to land at the LZ we came under fire from a Russian mechanized squad but I decided to continue the landing as I thought a low ridge would cover us and also I would be able to take off again quickly when everybody was out of the chopper. Unfortunatelythe ridge was just low enough for the APC to shoot my head off while I was waiting for the last of you to disembark ( I should have been back in the air when only teck 9 was left as he had some pretty bad lags before). At least I could see that all of you seemed to have made it from the chopper safely.

Different pilot, different LZ from last time but we were still unlucky and came under fire from something (BTR?) just as we came into land.
