New mission with CUP stuff. British paratroopers with APCs fight against Russians.

-Crewmen can now repair
-Zeus
-Lailai and Depot split into separate tasks
-Last objective fixed and improved
-Mission parameters:
Viewdistance (default to 4k)
Weather
Fog
Time: Day, Night, Dawn. I specifically chose a full moon night, there was some discussion about this being important somehow.
2nd vehicle to be paradropped: You can replace one of the Warrior APCs with a mobile mortar carrier. Might be an interesting tradeoff.
-Mission start should be more reliable now
