Team leadership training - Sempri - 11-13-2017

Today we had our first Team leadership training class!

I want to start with a thank you to all who participated and a big THANK YOU to the instructors who took the time going over each topic.

The topics covered today were, squad formations, combat movement, communication and map reading

So one thing I realised I forgot to mention on my section, was bound lengths. Which is actually quite easy, when you are under fire, it should be only as long as you feel doing, from cover to cover. If however, you are doing it because of possible contact, bounds should be approximately half the effective range of your primary weapons. So 1.5-2km for tanks, 1-1.5km for IFVs, 750m for armed MRAPs, 300m for MMGs, and about 100-150m for infantry.
