We've just released FHQ Task Tracker 4.0.
Download is available here.
The Eden Plugin is included, but can also be subscribed on the workshop here.

Are there any new functions not in the previous version which makes updating old TT missions worth it or not really?

I wouldn't see the point of updating old TT missions imo and just use it for new ones.
