Terminal ballistics - Stagwine - 03-22-2016

Here is pretty cool albeit bit old video by D.  Sometimes putting rounds, especially of MG/sniper calibers through the walls can be lifesaving feature. Also knowing what is concealment and what is cover is important aspect.

To experiment yourself, there are also few SP missions in workshop where you can test the stuff yourself. Search for terminal ballistics or projectile tracing. Most of them are somewhat outdated so I made a simple crude mission using modified Hypnomaniacs script for personal testing. This version has both RHS and CUP small arms, arsenal, vehicles and weapons. Read briefing how to use it (use 0-0-5 trigger to enable tracers for statics/vics). This is for personal test use only so please do not distribute it further.

Some notices:

- Stone fence is decently effective as a fence. However house stone wall of similar thickness is not.
- Floors of same thickness are pretty tough.
- Some building walls are ridiculously tough.
- Single layer sandbags/bunkers won't protect you from DLC MMGs or HMGs.
- Even small cargo towers stops lot of stuff.
- Big cargo towers stops anything but HMG / heavy sniper rounds.
- Heli miniguns = good luck if you are in a building.
- Garbage plastic bag stops even .50 cal rounds. Respect the garbage.
- Trees are surprisingly tough. Respect the trees.
