What's new:
When on the map, pressing ALT and left mouse button will show a globally visible dot on the map with your name next to it. This functionality was prior in MapDraw, but since that is no obsolete I decided to move the pointing functionality into GroupInfo.

With the Spectator currently broken and no hotfix in sight, I decided to write this small addon.
You just load it with the game, and it allows you to press a button to enter spectator mode once you are dead.

Default button is CTRL-ALT-SHIFT-Keypad*, but can be modified at the usual place. Requires CBA.
