A new CiA group in steam is now available under the name "CiA Chat". If you have a steam account and still didn't join you are welcome to add yourself.

The only trouble is when BIS take 2 weeks to 2 months to upload a new patch to Steam. 1.60 update was released almost concurrently though so that has improved.
Launchers like Yoma etc also work no problem with the Steam version.
