Tuesday's ArmA2 - Variable - 01-13-2010 We will play ArmA2 this Tuesday. We also intend playing ArmA2 regularly on Tuesday for the time being. Please let us know if you will be attending Tuesday's game. We also like to know who has ArmA2 installed and interested in playing with us. I made 10 non-addons missions on chernarus and 2 missions on everon (one is the convertion of the dirty dozen). All missions work, have ends, briefing, spectate, proper weapon loadout, no respawn... If you're interested let me know and I'll send them to Overlord. It would be a pleasure to play with a real organized team I look forward. Ho and zeus combat skill with ACE2 or not? ArmA2 ain't for sure cu Re: Tuesday's ArmA2 - Nikiller - 01-17-2010 hi, Yes you're right ACE still a beta but it totally change the way that ArmA2 is played, you must keep your head down. It's the same thing as WGL was for ofp. There's an incredible number of new features, you must be a specialist (medic, grenadier, sniper, MGunner...). For example when you're medic you have the choice to use epiphedrine, morphine, bandage, tourniquet, plasma... on wounded people and you have a lot of stuffs to know for every specialities. AIs has been also tweaked and when you play a vanillia mission with ACE it's a new challenge. I made a step by step tutorial on how to download the lastest ACE version here. You can also install the six updater on a linux server and configure it to download updates automaticly, have a look here. Just my 2 cents . cu. Nikiller. I had lots of fun although I did join late. Thhose night missions, and especially the airbase one was awesome. And I don't normally even like DM. The coop missions didn't go too well for me, most of the times I got shot way too early. I'm totally blind in this game, can't see a shit through the grass/trees - I'm still trying to learn how to survive out there. Â : And I'm afraid that AI can see through vegetation better than humans...
