Don't feed the troll. Just mute him via right click menu on his name and let him cry alone :'(
If he keeps coming back with new user names, create an unregistered channel (everyone should be able to do this) with password and tell the players in game to join it.

But some players think that if they press alt+tab the game will/might freeze and won't switch to the nonspamming channel

Game do that for lots of players, can be due to buggy gfx-driver or low performance

Players who have problems alt + tab should read this.
You need to change your resolution different in game than in deskopt, example 1920 x 1200 in deskopt and 1600 x 1200 in ofp.
