Get WrpTool and read the included pdf manual.
http://tactical.nekromantix.com/ofp/wrp.php

With that you can also import islands generated by Wilbur etc:

Should a unpack every PBO file in the hole OFP dir?(cant relly understand that from the manual :-[)

If not what PBO files is a to unpack? (my guess was that a needed the Dta PBO as its those that are shown in the manual but a still lack lots of textures and housing acording to the editor)

And thirde and most importent fore me, what do a need to do to make maps fore WGL?

You need to unpack only the stuff you want to use.

abel.pbo, cain.pbo, eden.pbo for the default island textures.

data3d.pbo for default objects (houses, trees, rocks etc).

o.pbo from res/addons/ for Resistance textures and objects (Nogova stuff).

+ all the addon stuff you want to use (like barracken addon etc).

You shouldn't mix RES (512^2) and original (128^2) textures because they're different resolution and don't have transitions for them.

IMO, you should stick either to original or RES stuff but not mix them, because they don't look consistent together.
