I just found this online sound converter today:

It´s pretty easy to use and it converts sounds out of Youtube directly to ogg, and you can set up different settings like channels, sampler rate and bitrate to reduce the final file size to a min.
I use following settings for ARMA-Sounds:
Bitrate: 64
Channels: mono
Sampler Rate: 8000
I´ve used it for a new mission with my group and it works like a charm!
