My real life friends are heavy dark soul fans. They played the crap out of it, but they might be a bit bored now as they play CSGO. I have the first dark souls, but stopped playing it after schedule get busy and the right bumper on my 360 controller doesn't always register so it's harder to do a regular attack now (which means I would be screwed).

The game is hard enough as it is, let alone not being able to do a regular attack lol
I just love games that make you feel tense and anxious, and games that dont hold your hands and guide you through... I hope Dark Souls 3 is just as hard.
Cant stand games with the big pointy arrow showing you exactly where to go, then when you die, you just jump back a few steps and start again! Regardless of how good the game may be, these two features turn me off any game
(Alien Isolation seems to do the job also)
