I think its cool to have our arma2 client addons topic.

Heres some client addons:

SAP clutter

What it does?

reduces the size of the clutter on Chernarus for a better view and a very small performance boost.

Installation:
use mod folders, the structure of a @MAP folder is allready given in the archive.

GDT Mod HDR

What it does?

decreases the effects of HDR dramatically by adjusting the aperture.

Installation:
gdtmod_hdr.pbo: Into a mod folder of your choice. For example:
..\Your_ArmA_2_Folder\YourModFolder\AddOns\
gdtmod_hdr.pbo.gdtmod_hdr.bisign: Into the same folder like gdtmod_hdr.pbo.
gdtmod_hdr.hpp: Into ..\Your_ArmA_2_Folder\userconfig\gdtmod_hdr\
gdtmod_hdr.bikey: For Servers only.
Start ArmA 2 with -mod=YourModFolder

What it does?

decreases the blind of the sun and lights

What it does?

Adds full screen Night Vision Goggles

No motion blur and no bloom mod

What it does?

disables the motion blur and optionally the "bloom" postprocessing effects from ArmA 2

Installation:
To install, extract this archive to your ArmA 2 v1.02 install
directory. Then add the following parameters to your ArmA 2
launch shortcut:

To disable motion blur only:
-mod=noblurA

To disable motion blur and bloom:
-mod=noblurB

For example:
"C:\Program Files\ArmA 2\arma2.exe" -mod=noblurB

What it does?

Replaces almost every weapon sound with more high quality ones.

AT GUI Pack

What it does?

removes most of the crosshairs, the friendly/enemy and peripheral markers and increases the size of the compass.

I use it only to resize compass.

GDT Mod Grass

What it does?

changes the grass on Chernarus and Utes to smaller ones.

Installation: Create new folder and extract .pbo files inside it and put folder inside arma2 and use -mod=(folder name) in arma2 parameter, you can also just add .pbo files to your arma2 addons but i recommend you use modfolder.

FPS Helper

What it does?

increases the visual performance of ArmA II
